Weekly Exercise Content for Your Prospects

FitGolf Affiliates gain the opportunity to register their local clubs in FitGolf’s exercise video program, allowing the club to offer its members weekly golf-specific exercise tips. Here’s how it works: Once you have an established a relationship with a local golf club, if the staff member is a member of the local PGA chapter, you can provide this weekly golf-specific exercise video program as a benefit of their PGA membership and your association to the local PGA through your FitGolf Affiliation.

A Look Into the Program

Each week, the members of the clubs you enroll will receive a golf-specific exercise directly to their inbox. The program has been divided into five different series, each focusing on one of several hot button topics or pain points we have heard come up time and time again in our conversations with golfers, trainers, and golf club staff. These videos are designed to give golfers easy, actionable exercises that they can do anywhere, with minimal equipment, that will address the areas of their golf and body movements they are most wanting to improve. Below, you can view an example of the first video in Series 1.

The program will cover the following series over the course of 52 weeks:

SERIES 1: FAULTS & FIXES

In the first series of the program, we will outline the most common golf swing faults and provide weekly exercises that golfers can do anytime, anywhere to begin correcting the swing faults in their own swing.

SERIES 2: POWER & DISTANCE

In series two, we will teach golfers simple exercises to increase their power so that they can increase their distance by addressing specific faults in their golf swing.

SERIES 3: LOWER BACK

The next series in the program will teach easy exercises to strengthen the golfer’s lower back for golf and help to decrease the pain they may feel when they golf.

SERIES 4: CONSISTENCY

In series four, we will focus on increasing consistency in the golf swing. Here, we will go over exercises designed to improve the golfer’s body for more consistent ball striking.

SERIES 5: WARM-UP EXERCISES

The fifth and final series in the program is all about exercises the golfer can do to get their body prepared for a round of golf. Each week, they’ll receive a simple exercise that they can do before (or even at) the tee to warm up for golf.
